The site is in a 19th century inner suburb of Dublin. The brief was to convert and extend a stone mews into two independent living units - one for a business-man and the other for an artist.

Located on a confined corner site, the programme requiring living rooms,s tudy and three bedrooms is contained within brick & stone screens.
